Project Development Manager - Brussels (fulltime)

Join our dynamic “Account Management Services” team, where we develop innovative room and space concepts for modern and agile office environments. With your expertise in workplace design and conceptual thinking, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the office projects of tomorrow.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire process from defining the customer’s needs, conceptualizing the project, estimating costs, to assisting in finding suitable buildings or spaces. You’ll also manage the necessary technical discussions with potential landlords.
• Focused on the early stages of project initiation, you will maintain close communication with customers throughout all phases of the project.
• Design office and space concepts that align with corporate identity, incorporating key design elements to create a cohesive and agile workspace.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the project initiation phase, offering expert advice and guidance on all related topics and challenges.

Your Requirements & Strengths:

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture/Design (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diploma).
• Several years of experience in office project development.
• Business fluent in English and French.
• Enjoy working in an international setting.
• Proficient in using CAD software.
• Strong customer focus with excellent presentation skills.
