Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee major mechanical construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality standards.
• Manage daily site operations, streamline communication channels, and proactively resolve issues related to project timelines, quality, and safety.
• Facilitate a seamless project handover process by overseeing all documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Serve as an influential presence on-site, monitoring progress and reinforcing safe working practices.
• Coordinate extensively with client stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to effectively manage completion and snagging activities.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential project risks and challenges through strategic teamwork.
• Implement, monitor, and refine core project processes to achieve continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict adherence to established project procedures, maintaining clarity and compliance throughout.
• Lead key project meetings, encouraging collaborative problem-solving and clearly communicating impacts to all stakeholders.
• Evaluate and advise on proposed variations and delays to mitigate project disruptions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience successfully managing hyperscale data centre projects.
• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• Professional Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred; support provided for candidates pursuing certification.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on delivering superior quality outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to foster collaborative, positive team environments.
