They are seeking a talented Strategic Marketeer to shape and optimize their commercial strategies. In this role, you will contribute to the company's growth by designing data-driven channel and pricing strategies that align with customer needs and market insights.

What you will be doing:
- Develop a robust channel strategy to drive online sales through e-commerce.
- Evaluate and optimize the focus on indirect sales channels, integrating these insights into the commercial plan.
- Refine the pricing structure and positioning of blended solutions, clearly defining the value of digital versus folio-based components.
- Explore innovative business models, including subscription-based pricing per student.
- Develop business cases and strategic business plans to support new commercial initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Business Unit Managers, to implement and refine strategic initiatives.
- Draft strategic documents on pricing and discount models tailored to the educational market.
What you bring:
- A master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Applied Economics, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing, particularly in channel and pricing strategy, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Strong expertise in pricing strategy, channel management, and market analysis.
- Experience in developing business cases and strategic business plans is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
- A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Dutch (C1), English (B2), and French (B1).
