Sales Manager About Arkite Arkite is an Industry 4.0 technology company that develops and produces the Arkite Platform, an augmented reality solution that helps operators in manufacturing companies work error-free. This platform is widely used in various sectors, including automotive, telecom, and pharmaceuticals. Arkite also collaborates with a worldwide partner network and maintains strategic agreements with resellers and system integrators. Are you ready to work flexibly and independently across Europe (and beyond), yet still looking for a friendly environment where team spirit is key? Then you might be our new Sales Manager. Your Responsibilities Continuously seek out new opportunities and scan target markets Approach new prospects through diverse channels (cold calling, LinkedIn, events, etc.) Assess the needs of prospects and customers thoroughly and propose suitable solutions Collaborate with internal colleagues to design the right offer for each client Actively network and engage with potential customers at trade shows, conferences, and networking events Develop proposals in cooperation with internal teams and take the lead throughout the entire sales process Close the deal! Requirements Master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience Driven personality Familiarity with working in CRM systems Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus Willingness to travel on short business trips within Europe Excellent communication and presentation abilities Ambitious and customer-focused Autonomous, eager to learn, and proactive Ready to take responsibility and work independently Looking to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you and your input are valued Experience in the manufacturing industry or IT is an advantage Benefits A competitive salary package based on experience Company car and fuel card Group and hospitalization insurance Meal vouchers A position in a growing company with numerous opportunities Work alongside highly skilled professionals A pleasant office located at the vibrant C-Mine in Genk
