Application Support Engineer

Are you an experienced IT production support specialist looking for a new challenge?

We’re hiring a Control-M Configuration and Deployment Engineer to play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of IT production environments. This position offers the opportunity to work in a mission-critical role, handling application production support, deployment coordination, and system monitoring in a dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide second-line support for business Invest applications, ensuring stability and performance.
• Coordinate deployments, including runbook creation and follow-up.
• Maintain and improve monitoring, documentation, and lifecycle management of IT environments.
• Analyze and resolve incidents while minimizing business disruption.
• Participate in handover to operations (H20) and system transitions.
• Be available for on-call support (24/7 rotation).

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of IT architectures, network components (FW, LB), and protocols (TCP, HTTP, TLS).
• Experience with Control-M and ITIL processes.
• Proficiency in Unix, Windows, and scripting (Python, Shell, or similar languages).
• Knowledge of IT & Cybersecurity and production operations management.
• Experience working in complex organizations (banking sector is a plus).
• Fluent in English, with French or Dutch (good knowledge of the other).
