Infrastructure Project Manager

INFRASTRUCTURE PM SYSTEM ENGINEER BANKING AGILE

On behalf of our banking sector client, we are seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager with a systems engineering background and expertise in project management, compliance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, financial acumen, problem-solving, and leadership.

As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be part of an Agile team within the APS domain, collaborating with the tribe to create efficient, reliable, and secure systems that enhance the bank's IT infrastructure and support its operations.

Tasks:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, and create detailed project plans to track progress and manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
• Ensure resource availability, allocate tasks to team members, and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Address and resolve issues that arise during project execution, and track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure successful project completion, including final documentation and stakeholder sign-off.

Profile:

• Proven experience in project management, specifically in IT infrastructure within the banking sector.
• Extensive technical knowledge of systems engineering, networks, servers, databases, and cybersecurity.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or PRINCE21 are highly valuable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
