Your Responsibilities :

• Analyze, document, and model business requirements and processes;
• Conduct business model and risk analysis to support decision-making ;
• Define functional requirements and contribute to business cases, vision documents, and project charters ;
• Organize workshops with stakeholders to refine requirements and solutions ;
• Write User Stories and manage the Product Backlog ;
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment ;
• Support quality assurance processes to enhance project outcomes.

Your Skills :

• Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement – Experienced in gathering and documenting business needs, leading workshops, and managing expectations with key stakeholders. Strong ability to translate business challenges into clear, actionable requirements ;
• Process & Solution Design – Skilled in business process modeling (UML, BPMN, SOA, ARIS) and defining practical solutions that fit both business goals and technical constraints ;
• Technical Know-How – Comfortable working with Java/J2EE, Oracle ERP/BI, XML, SQL, Swagger, Postman, and Docker Hub. Familiar with Agile and RUP methodologies ;
• Visualization & Documentation – Proficient in creating use case diagrams, entity-relationship models, state diagrams, and other visual representations to bring clarity to complex systems ;
• Tools & Methodologies – Hands-on experience with MS Teams, IntelliJ, JIRA, Enterprise Architect, Balsamiq, and Agile frameworks like PM²@EC, Domain-Driven Design, Test-Driven Development, and Continuous Integration ;
• Communication & Presentation – Excellent ability to engage with diverse teams, present ideas clearly, and adapt to an international/multicultural environment.
