We are actively seeking Functional Analysts to join a dynamic team that thrives on innovation of public services and collaborates effectively with diverse groups of users.

As a Functional Analyst, you will be assigned the delivery of challenging and complex IT projects in accordance with federal guidelines while ensuring an optimal experience for the end users.

Tasks:

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional designs.
• Write technical documentation to guide developers and testers.
• Define and explain EPICs (Use Cases) and User Stories to business, developers, and testers.
• Facilitate workshops with Business, acting as a facilitator and challenging requests.
• Participate in testing using JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint for documentation.
• Evaluate and analyze change requests to determine their impact on proposed solutions, ensuring proficiency in JIRA, API (REST/SOAP), SQL, and database modeling.

Profile:

• Confirmed experience in Business Process Modelling and functional analysis with the ability to clearly describe desired and existing processes (Functional Architecture, Use Cases, Data Model, Functional Requirements.)
• In-depth knowledge of UML, BPMN, Jira, API and SQL.
• Experience in testing methods and development via Agile.
• Diploma in computer engineering.
• Proficiency in French or Dutch, with at least a basic understanding of the other language. English is mandatory.
