Being a Business Manager means that you will act as a trusted partner to help our business grow while developing your own team of consultants.

Key responsabilities:

• Business Development: Developing consulting activities and offerings around Avertim’s key service lines: increase performance, drive innovation and leverage compliance.
• Team Growth: Recruiting new consultants to expand and strengthen your team.
• Team Leadership: Building and developing your own team of high potential consultants (including career and personal development), in close cooperation with Avertim HR department.

Your Background:

• You hold a Master’s Degree in either Business, Business Management or equivalent.
• You have a proven experience in Management.
• You are fluent in Dutch and/or French and English.
• You have strong entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills.
• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• You demonstrate strong commercial acumen, perseverance, and ambition.
• You show resilience and are willing to go the extra mile.
