The Product Marketing Manager plays a key role in positioning AVIOBOOK’s products effectively in the market, ensuring clear and compelling messaging, and supporting sales efforts. This role also acts as a bridge between Product Management, Marketing, and Communications, ensuring alignment across teams while maintaining a strong connection with external stakeholders.
Additionally, this position will place a stronger emphasis on market research, consumer behavior analysis, and competitive intelligence, helping AVIOBOOK make informed strategic decisions.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence:
- Lead qualitative and quantitative research efforts to gather insights on customer needs, industry trends, and competitor positioning.
- Organize and manage a Customer Advisory Board to gather structured feedback on products and roadmap direction
- Ensure that findings are accessible and effectively distributed to Product Managers for decision-making.
Go-to-Market Strategies & Sales Enablement:
- Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new products and features, ensuring alignment across Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Support Sales by creating sales enablement materials (pitch decks, playbooks, battle cards, training content) to help them effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
- Ensure a proactive marketing approach, working with teams before product launches to build anticipation and market readiness.
Bridging Product, Marketing & Communications:
- Act as the link between Product Managers and external stakeholders, ensuring a coherent and consistent product narrative.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Communications teams to shape marketing plans and messaging, ensuring that AVIOBOOK’s products are positioned effectively in the market.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and UX teams to refine product positioning and ensure a seamless user experience.
Thought Leadership & External Representation:
- Represent AVIOBOOK at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings, strengthening brand presence and gathering insights from the field.
- Provide input on product positioning and work closely with leadership to refine strategy.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in market research and competitive analysis.
- Ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies for product development and marketing.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Communications teams.
- Experience in sales enablement, including creating training materials and sales support assets.
