People Leadership & Development
- Team Leadership: Foster collaboration and manage performance.
- Mentorship & Development: Guide team growth through regular one-on-ones.
- Financial Oversight: Manage customer profitability to meet the team’s financial objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure high service quality and client satisfaction.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as liaison between departments and work with all the business lines.
Client & Business Operations
- Strategic account management: Manage a top-50 list of strategic prospects and lead by example by generating contracts.
- Business Development: Contribute to the development of our business, by bringing ideas to transform by our business and be an active part of our international organization (F.e. Int. Cross selling, etc.).
- Advisory Role: Provide strategic advice to (potential) clients
- Regulatory Monitoring: Stay up to date with all regulations and trends relevant for our market
- Business Growth: Identify opportunities for different products for our different business lines (Upselll, cross sell, etc.)

- B2B Sales Expertise: Proven experience in business development and complex sales cycles.
- Consultative Selling: Adept at consultative selling, demonstrating the value of Ayming’s services.
- C-Level Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating with senior decision-makers.
- Sector Knowledge: Affinity with Finance, Tax, Payroll, and R&D topics; experience in tech or science sectors is a plus.
- Proactive and Entrepreneurial: Self-starter with a dynamic, results-oriented mindset.
- Language Skills: Native French and/or Dutch speaker with solid proficiency in English.
- Management: Able to coach and mentor a team.
