How will you make a difference?
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding financial institutions through their transformation projects. You will advise on commercial strategies, optimize customer journeys, and help develop distribution models that align with evolving customer needs.
What will you do?
- Advise clients on digital customer journeys, distribution strategies, and sales optimization within domains such as daily banking, lending, investments, and insurance.
- Develop and implement strategies for distribution networks, both physical and digital, including branches, independent agents, brokers, and online channels.
- Analyze customer behavior and interactions to gain insights for improving customer experiences and optimizing commercial processes.
- Support clients in end-to-end transformation projects, including project management, risk analysis, compliance, and budget management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as relationship managers, marketing, IT, and compliance to develop and implement customer-focused solutions.
- Monitor the performance of distribution and sales channels and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Coach junior profiles and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
What do you bring to the table?
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting or the financial sector, with a focus on commercial strategy, digital transformation & customer focus.
- Strong analytical skills to translate market trends and customer data into strategic insights.
- Experience in project management, including leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets.
- Thorough knowledge of products such as investments, loans, insurance, and related regulations (such as MiFID II).
- Customer-focused mindset with experience in developing customer-centric strategies and optimizing customer journeys.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.
- Fluent in Dutch or French with good knowledge of the other language, and excellent proficiency in English.
