Commercial Administrator

Our activity is focused on 4 departments : OEM, Aftermarket (automotive), green Energy development, and the new Packaging Solutions division, and are already in business since 1923.

We employ about 2200 people in various production facilities of which the largest ones are situated in Mexico, Brazil, Czechia, the Netherlands, Spain, Turkey and South Africa.


Currently we are looking for a Commercial Administrator in Lummen (Belgium) for our LONGTAINER division:


LONGTAINER is a new concept for packing, handling, storing and transporting of long products such as tubes, profiles, bars, beams and more, regardless of material. It provides safer packaging , allows fully automated warehouses and we focus on markets like industry, logistics or distribution.


Currently we’re seeking to employ a Commercial Administrator. In this role you’re responsible for executing and providing all sales, marketing and product management support for our Benelux customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all administrational, commercial & sales activities;
  • interface with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, R&D, customers and vendors in order to understand product & market specifications for all promotional and pricing projects;
  • Database administration & market analysis such as communication, mailings, marketing reporting;
  • Prepare quotations, pricing requests and pricing of new references;
  • Update and improve the international database;
  • Analyze and compare competitor pricing;
  • Communication liaison with sales team and clients.


Your skills and expertise:

  • A Bachelor degree or proven commercial / marketing experience in a Business to Business environment;
  • Digital marketing skills and marketing design affinity;
  • Excellent Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
  • Commercial orientated, flexible and willing to learn in an international environment;
  • Perfect Dutch and English language skills is a must. French is a big plus.
