Badenoch+Clark Belgium is seeking an Experienced Permanent Placement Recruiter to join our vibrant team in Dilbeek.

👉🏼 In this role, you will be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, responsible for the entire lifecycle of the placement process. 👉🏼 Your mission is to source new clients, negotiate recruitment assignments, and find the perfect candidates to meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients & candidates.

✔ Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of recruitment assignments to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

✔ Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to attract and identify top talent, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

✔ Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications and fit the company culture.

✔ Client and Candidate Management: Maintain continuous communication with clients and candidates, providing updates and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

✔ Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to clients and candidates.

Qualifications:

✔ Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with a proven track record in permanent placement recruitment.

✔ Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
