The in-house HR & payroll tasks include a combination of recruitment and retention, payroll and salary administration, training and development, onboarding/offboarding processes, digitalization, and where necessary, providing strategic legal advice.
In short, a 360° HR partner.
Your Tasks
- Payroll: You are responsible for a smooth and accurate payroll process, tracking personnel files, reintegration, and thematic leaves.
- HR Strategy: Analyzing HR data and formulating targeted advice to support business objectives.
- Performance Management: Setting up and monitoring competence matrixes and training programs, from evaluation systems to individual development tracks.
- Compensation & Benefits: Salary benchmarking, setting up a classification system, and drafting and monitoring CAO 90 and bonus calculations.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: You coordinate the entire recruitment and selection process - from the first introduction to the signature - and manage the onboarding process.
- Sparring Partner: You are a sparring partner for management, team leaders, and employees on all HR issues.
- Reporting: You report to the HR Director Belgium and work closely with the Belgian Production Manager.
Your Profile
We are looking for an HR generalist with a master's or bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in an industrial or operational environment. Additionally, you possess:
Must-haves:
- You have a master's level thinking and solid experience in payroll. Experience in a production environment is an extra asset.
- You have adequate knowledge of current Belgian labor legislation and can formulate clear, legally substantiated advice.
- You have an affinity for digitalization and want to contribute to the transition to more automated systems.
- You are 100% reliable and discreet.
