As BioFirst continues to expand, SAP will be further rolled out across our divisions. This growth brings increased support activities, creating the need for an additional SAP Support Specialist. Together, you will ensure continuous support availability and actively contribute to project activities, such as testing and documentation. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the knowledge and support provided to end-users.
Your mission
As Application Support Engineer you provide first-line support to end-users across various applications, focusing primarily on SAP components but extending to other company applications. You will ensure timely resolution of incidents and collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless support.
