What You'll Do

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Executive Team Coach to support our Platinion EMESA (Europe, Middle East, South America, Africa) team. In this role, you will act as a trusted coach and advisor, fostering high-performing teams, unlocking leadership potential, and embedding collaborative, agile, and psychologically safe ways of working within client-facing teams.

As an Executive Team Coach at BCG Platinion, you will:

• Coach project teams to improve collaboration, communication, and leadership effectiveness.
• Facilitate key team meetings (kick-offs, retrospectives) and team effectiveness workshops.
• Provide 1:1 coaching to leadership cohorts and individual team members.
• Design and deliver group learning sessions on leadership, communication, and teaming.
• Serve as a thought partner to case leaders, advising on team setup and dynamics.
• Apply agile working methods and leverage digital collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Miro) to enhance team performance.
• Activate and embed the core values of Value Focus, Team Trust, and Growth Mindset across teams.
• Partner closely with leadership on team development and cultural transformation.

You will play a pivotal role in strengthening team effectiveness, leadership capability, and collaboration. Your key areas of focus will include:

• Coaching Case Teams:
  Guide project teams in adopting new ways of working, fostering collaboration, and enhancing team performance. Advise case leadership on teaming strategies and help build high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
• 1:1 Leadership Coaching:
  Provide personalized coaching to key leadership cohorts, including newly hired Managing Directors, newly promoted managers, and leaders returning from parental leave. Support their leadership development and accelerate individual growth and effectiveness.
• Facilitating Group Coaching & Workshops:
  Design and deliver engaging workshops focused on leadership, communication, and collaboration topics (e.g., Unlocking Leadership Excellence, Non-Violent Communication). Develop and facilitate tailored training sessions grounded in real-world team dynamics.
• Leadership Thought Partnership:
  Act as a trusted advisor to case leaders and senior stakeholders, offering strategic insights to support team development, foster psychological safety, and promote sustainable high performance.

What You'll Bring

• 6+ years of professional experience with increasing responsibilities, ideally in leadership, team development, or coaching roles.
• 2-3 years experience leading high-performing teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven expertise in executive coaching, team coaching, leadership development, and facilitation.
• Experience working with teams involved in digital product development is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and digital collaboration tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and German (spoken and written).
• Professional coaching certifications (e.g., ICF, EMCC, or AC) are considered a strong advantage.
