Private Equity Analyst

Our Client, well-established private equity firm, is looking for a highly motivated and analytical Private Equity Analyst to join their team in Brussels. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic investment team, working on exciting transactions and value creation strategies.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a PE Analyst, you will be actively involved in all aspects of the investment process, including:

• Conducting financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities
• Assisting in the execution of transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and financing
• Performing market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities
• Supporting the portfolio management process, including tracking financial performance and identifying value-enhancing initiatives
• Preparing investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders

Your Profile

Seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Experience: 1.5 to 3 years in Private Equity, M&A / Corporate Finance, Strategy Consulting, or Transaction Services
• Education: Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory); French is a plus but not required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent financial modeling and valuation abilities
• Highly motivated, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a team-oriented environment
