Tasks & Responsabilities

  • Oversee and manage Microsoft Power Platforms: Supervise and manage Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint across the CFE Group, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.
  • Optional support for governance: Assist, when needed, in the governance of Microsoft D365 environments.
  • Technical expertise and governance: Serve as the internal technical expert for these platforms, advising on governance, performance optimization, and best practices.
  • Collaboration and innovation: Collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners to implement, configure, and maintain platforms while driving innovation and synergy.
  • Data security and compliance: Ensure robust data security, compliance, and governance by developing cross-functional policies and leading the Center of Excellence.
  • Project and migration coordination: Lead platform-related projects, migrations, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth integration and execution.
  • Technical and strategic support: Provide technical and strategic assistance to stakeholders, acting as the single point of contact for the Group.
  • Foster a community of practice: Encourage and support knowledge-sharing initiatives and offer training sessions as needed.
  • Progress reporting: Regularly report on project progress and initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
  • Proactive risk management: Escalate issues, risks, and concerns proactively as necessary.


Profile

  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience.
  • You have at least 10 years of experience managing Microsoft Power Platforms, SharePoint, and Identity & Access Management, with proven expertise as a platform practice owner.
  • You demonstrate strong technical expertise in platform architecture, governance, and education initiatives, with a focus on security and cost control.
  • You have experience with Microsoft D365, which is considered a strong plus.
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, with knowledge in these areas seen as an advantage.
  • You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English, allowing you to engage effectively across diverse teams.
  • You possess analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, handling complex challenges with ease.
  • You excel in project management and demonstrate strong leadership abilities, guiding projects and teams to success while fostering collaboration across entities and IT partners.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You are highly organized, professional, proactive, and possess a collaborative and approachable mindset.
  • You stay updated on technological trends and show a passion for driving innovation within the organization.
