Your Role & Responsabilities
- Promote and integrate dashboards: Take an active role in the promotion, definition, and introduction of various dashboards to make data a strategic part of the organization's activities.
- Create and maintain dashboards: Use your technical expertise to design and maintain dashboards based on data from different sources.
- Translate business needs: Collaborate with business partners to define and translate their requirements into user-friendly dashboards and reports.
- Coordinate with stakeholders: Guide internal and external partners in developing necessary interfaces, extractors, and reports.
- Dashboard governance: Establish reporting governance to ensure dashboards are consistent in design, methodology, and use a "single version of the truth."
- Train and support users: Empower key users with training and support to help them become self-sufficient in creating and maintaining dashboards and reports.
- Lead projects and initiatives: Oversee projects, initiatives, and tasks related to reporting, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Documentation and reporting: Keep functional and technical documentation up-to-date and report regularly on project progress to stakeholders.
- Risk management: Identify and proactively escalate issues, risks, and concerns when necessary.
- Standardization and optimization: Stay informed about industry best practices and propose functional improvements and standardizations.
- Manage external consultants: Supervise external consultants assigned to your projects, initiatives, and tasks.
- Provide technical assistance: Offer support to end users when required, while promoting standard application setups.
Your Profile
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in reporting and dashboarding, as well as 3 years of project management experience in a complex organization.
- You are an expert in Power BI, with solid expertise in Power Automate, Power Apps, MS SQL, MS SharePoint, and MS Dataverse, along with knowledge of ETL processes. Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Qlik Sense, IBM Cognos, SAS BI, and Google Data is a plus.
- You have high-level knowledge of industry best practices.
- You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English, enabling seamless communication across diverse teams.
- You demonstrate strong technical expertise in data modeling, ITIL frameworks, and technical design, with a focus on delivering actionable insights and impactful solutions.
- You excel in problem-solving and analytical thinking, tackling challenges effectively while maintaining a strategic perspective.
- You possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, facilitating collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- You are proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented, with a focus on achieving results and driving productivity.
- You thrive in a team environment while being able to work autonomously, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- You stay updated on emerging technological trends and demonstrate a passion for innovation and self-development.
