Sales Manager – Benelux - Feed Additives (German company)

Location: Based in Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands) – Home office with regular travel

Position Summary:


The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the animal nutrition or feed additives industry, gained with an international supplier or distributor, and bring an active network among feed mills, premixers, traders, and integrators.


This is a key role for a commercially-minded professional seeking autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to contribute to a growing business.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy for the Benelux region
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts while identifying new business opportunities
  • Act as the primary contact for clients across the feed additive value chain: feed mills, premixers, traders, integrators
  • Monitor market developments and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, technical conferences, and client meetings
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, market feedback, and performance reports to management


Candidate Profile:


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or business development within the animal feed or feed additives sector
  • Experience with an international feed additive company or distributor
  • Solid network in the Benelux region, including feed mills, mixers, traders, and premixers
  • Strong commercial and communication skills
  • Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable working in a decentralized structure
  • Fluent in English and at least one local language (Dutch or French)
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the region
