CALLENSVYNCKE, based in Waregem, has been active for over 15 years as an EPC Contractor and Integrator of industrial power plants for international clients in the food, chemicals and energy sectors. We offer complete turnkey energy projects: from sales over design, detailed engineering, purchase, installation, start-up to maintenance of these power plants.
In order to further expand our international growth, we are urgently looking for an enthusiastic colleague.
Your Role
As a dynamic Project Team Manager, you will coordinate a wide range of operational activities within the project teams, leading and managing a large team of 20 highly skilled professionals. Your primary focus will be on resource planning, project execution, and ensuring a high-performance team environment.
You will be responsible for optimizing and rolling out a project organization fit for international growth, with the goal of managing 4 to 5 project teams by 2030. Your involvement will start at presales, covering full project execution through to warranty and after-sales service.
Additionally, you will oversee P&L responsibilities, ensuring that project budgets align with company financial goals while maintaining high technical performance and compliance.
The Project Team Manager reports to the CEO and is a member of the Callens-Vyncke Management Team.
