National Hospital Sales Manager


We are looking for a collaborator with strong Hospital sales negotiation skills to further expand our presence and prepare multiple launches with hospital pharmacists & buying groups.


As a National Hospital Sales Manager, you will join our affiliate of an international fast growing pharmaceutical company with increasing reputation & expertise in biologicals.

We are seeking for a National Hospital Sales Manager who will be responsible for end-to-end hospital sales negotiated activities related to Celltrion’s biosimilars. This role require 50% field activity & direct customer interactions and 50% hospital sales management.

This managerial role reports to the Commercial Director and will work with the support of the tender coordinator, in collaboration with the full commercial team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business results from negotiated brand portfolio
  • Prepare Launch of upcoming hospital biosimilars (in collaboration with our launch lead)
  • Develop & execute strategic customer plans
  • Build trusted relations with customer universe (Hospital Pharm. & Buying Groups)
  • Engage with customers for negotiation & company ambassadorship
  • Forecast financial perspectives
  • Monitor supply chain plan
  • Overlook and optimize the tender process
  • Track & manage ongoing tender sales results
  • Front line & Back office support for Hospital stakeholders requests


Qualification & Skills:

  • University degree
  • Outstanding commercial talent and negotiation skills
  • Min 3 year sales experience within pharma industry
  • Successful Hospital sales negotiation experience
  • Wisdom on the tendering legislation
  • Strategic Pricing
  • Existing network with Hospital Pharmacists & purchase authorities
  • Very fluent Dutch/French
  • Affinity for people management & collaboration
  • Turning analytical skills into conclusions
  • Excellent organizational skill
  • Ability to work under pressure & meet deadline
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Personality: driven, hands on, can-do attitude, stress resistant, collaborative, determined to make a difference.
