Internship Opportunity: HR Training Development

We are excited to announce an internship opportunity in our HR department, focusing on training development. If you are passionate about HR and eager to gain hands-on experience, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

A. Develop Online Training Offerings

• Analyze current training programs to determine their activity status.
• Assess the relevance of existing training programs.
• Group training programs by theme to ensure coherence with our competency and value framework.

B. Utilize Flowsparks

• Update existing training programs.
• Create new training programs using Flowsparks.

C. Identify and Define Competencies

• Define competencies to enable AI assistance in Cornerstone to match them accurately with job functions.

D. Open to Specific Thesis Topics

• Engage in a specific thesis topic related to HR training and development.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with online training platforms.
• Interest in HR and training development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English, French or Dutch
