Job Title: PCS7 Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a PCS7 Engineer to join our team. This role involves managing incidents, problems, and changes in our application operations. You'll work closely with SMEs, stakeholders, and business users. Fluency in French (both verbal and written) is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Incident Management: First-line support, end-to-end incident management, create knowledge base articles, monitor application health.
• Problem Management: Proactive/reactive problem management, manage problem tickets, coordinate resolution.
• Change Management: Create/manage change requests, follow up on activities, perform change tasks (IQ/OQ tests).
• Application Operations: Manage patching, create installation procedures, maintain CMDB, manage access, update guides.

Job Requirements:

Essential Skills:

• Strong ITSO SME support knowledge
• Experience with application upgrades and IT interventions
• Excellent communication in French and English
• Familiarity with GXP and GAMP standards
• PCS7 support experience

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Syncade, Delta V, Optimu, MES

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
