OT Operational Analyst

Exciting Opportunity Alert: Junior OT Operational Analyst! Looking to be part of a dynamic and innovative operational team? We have an amazing opportunity for you! We are searching for a talented Junior OT Operational Analyst to join an 8-person team providing top-notch Operational Technology services to various internal clients, including power generation, trading, facility management, and more! What We Do: Our team, manages the platform built on AVEVA PI. This software platform includes a historian database to archive process data, perform calculations, and provide it back to users through websites, Excel reports, and external applications like PowerBI and AWS. With over 3,000 users and 400+ data sources, we are at the heart of our client's operations in Europe, Latin-America, and the Middle-East. Your role Focus on keep-it-running tasks of the various PI systems: Monitoring, incident management, user support. Act as the Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) once a week, being first-line responsible for incident management. As you gain experience, you will take on more implementation or project tasks, such as setting up new data flows to AWS, developing small scripts, and performing data migration tasks. Requested profile IT background through studies, experience, or high interest Problem-solver with a team player attitude, ready to rely on colleagues Experience with real-time systems, Scadas, or process historians is a plus Minimum 2 years of IT experience with knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, Web APIs, HTML5, Python Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English ️ Willing to travel occasionally ️ Driver's license and a car for sporadic on-site visits Place of work & office hours Office location: Linkebeek, Belgium Minimum 3 days per week in the office, with flexible hours Specific requirements for the SPOC role Let's revolutionize operational technology together!
