Software Architect

Job Title: Business Process & Agile Tools Specialist

Location: Brussels

Employment: 12 months contract + Extension

Daily Rate: 400 euros

We are seeking a highly motivated and Business Process & Agile Tools Specialist to join our client that is in the Public sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, analyze, and optimize business processes using Software AG ARIS Architect and Designer.
• Develop and manage databases using Oracle, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Manage project documentation and collaboration through Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Collaborate with developers via GitHub for version control and code management.
• Use ServiceNow to manage service requests, incidents, and project workflows.
• Lead and support projects using PM² and PM² Agile methodologies.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and support teams using Scrum and Kanban frameworks.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL, and PostgreSQL databases.
• Proficiency in Software AG ARIS (both Architect and Designer).
• Solid experience with Atlassian suite, GitHub, and ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with both traditional and agile project management methodologies, especially PM² and PM² Agile.
• Proven experience working in agile environments using Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
