The Role:

As a BIM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our team, leveraging your expertise in Revit to create families, manage parameters, and streamline our design processes. But that's not all! You'll have the opportunity to flex your programming muscles, utilizing tools like Dynamo and Python to develop scripts that enhance efficiency and productivity in our daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage Revit families to support project requirements.
• Develop custom scripts using Dynamo and Python to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows.
• Maintain company protocols and templates to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
• Support BIM implementation efforts within the company, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM tools and techniques as needed.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Revit with experience in creating families and working with parameters.
• Strong programming skills, particularly in Dynamo and Python.
• Knowledge of BIM principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
