As our Master in Sales, you’ll be responsible for generating new business and nurturing key accounts throughout Europe. You’ll work closely with brand owners, manufacturers, and resellers – advising them on packaging solutions that set their products apart. You’re a closer, a strategic thinker, and a natural relationship-builder.

• Drive new business through cold outreach, networking, and partnerships
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Identify needs and advise on product-fit across different industries
• Prepare and present quotations, close deals, and follow up on orders
• Attend international trade shows and client visits
• Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and service

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management
• Background in packaging, FMCG, private label, or branding is a big plus
• You have a true hunter mentality: persistent, driven, and independent
• You speak and write fluent English (Dutch/French/German are a bonus)
• You’re professional, consultative, and thrive in an entrepreneurial setting
• Willing to travel internationally when needed
