Salary: €70,000 base + €35,000 OTE (€105,000 total)
About the Role
Are you a full-cycle recruiter who thrives on both winning new business and delivering high-quality placements? We’re hiring a 360 Recruitment Consultant for a respected and fast-growing recruitment consultancy based in Antwerp.
You’ll take ownership of both client development and candidate delivery across senior commercial and operational roles, working as part of a collaborative team that values autonomy, impact, and long-term relationships.
This is a hybrid role, blending remote work with regular time spent in the Antwerp office for meetings, workshops, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and convert new business opportunities with mid-sized and scaling businesses
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior decision-makers across Sales, Operations, and General Management
- Work closely with internal teams to align on search scope and go/no-go decisions
- Represent the business at networking events and client meetings across the Benelux region
Candidate Delivery
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from briefing to placement
- Develop search strategies, build longlists, and approach candidates directly
- Conduct interviews and assess suitability based on experience, culture fit, and long-term potential
- Guide clients and candidates through the process with a clear, consultative approach
Relationship & Account Management
- Maintain consistent communication with both clients and candidates
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior-level talent
- Ensure a positive, seamless experience for all parties involved throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within executive or senior-level search
- Proven success in both new business development and candidate delivery
- Commercially astute with a consultative mindset
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
- Based in or near Antwerp, with ability to attend the office 2–3 times per week
