Your Responsibilities:
To support our core values and our record growth, we onboard a new position: Data & CRM specialist Intern. You will develop, optimize and implement a data strategy to reinforce the company focus. You will work closely with the Digital Communication & Event Manager as well as the Founder of Cross-Border Commerce Europe.
As a Data & CRM Specialist Intern, your focus will include:
Data Strategy Development:
- Design and optimize an ambitious data structure aligned with our company’s activities.
- Update and maintain existing data based on insights and findings.
- Event data match making for Round Table participants.
Email Campaigns & Communication Support:
- Assist in crafting targeted email campaigns and online communications using data-driven insights.
- Create segmented audiences and adapt email templates for optimal engagement.
- Ensure subscription forms are sent, followed up, and updated in Eversign.
Dashboard & CRM Management:
- Keep event dashboards updated by filling in all relevant columns.
- Regularly update Teamleader with the latest information.
LinkedIn Community Building:
- Connect with at least 200 new contacts weekly to invite them to events and manage follow-ups.
Your Profile:
- You have to do an internship of minimum 6 months
- Data is your passion. You master analytical skills and data-driven thinking and possess those skills.
- Digital metrics and statistics. E-research, E-analytics, E-CRM.
- You are Google Analytics certified
- Social Media Analytics is not strange to you either
- Fluent command of English is required
- Affinity with e-commerce is a must
- Digital-minded
- Don't worry if you don't have data experience, when you apply, try to blow us away with your personality and your drive instead.
- You have studied Statistics & Economics with a data specialty
- You have 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
- You are wanting and able to work from our HQ in Brussels
- You would like to grow together with this fast-growing start-up and young team
