Sales Manager

Cynosure Talent is currently partnered with a global leader in Dental medical imaging technology, Surgery and Radiology capital equipment.

The company is a robust business and is well respected worldwide for providing best in class support and education for their dealer partners and is currently on a global recruitment drive.

The business is looking to hire a Sales Manager Belgium in order to support and grow an already robust sales channel and spot opportunities for new business. This position is home based and could be based anywhere within Belgium.

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years experience in a sales role focussed on dental surgery products.
• A passion for assisting dealers and selling equipment into the medical setting to ensure a smooth hand over and improved patient outcomes
• Ability to travel throughout Belgium to support dealers and attend local as well as international events to represent the brand.
• Strong negotiation skills to work with dealers to ensure a win-win situation.
• Must speak English, French and Flemish
