As a key member of our project team, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical expertise. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with business analysts to develop effective solutions aligned with our enterprise architecture framework
• Translating complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications that meet our clients' needs
• Designing application components and ensuring seamless integration with our IT systems
• Coordinating with architects, project managers, and product owners to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
• Supporting development and testing teams to guarantee solutions meet functional requirements and are deployed efficiently
• Assisting with incident analysis, documentation updates, and post-implementation support

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• At least 8 years of experience as a Functional Analyst in the banking sector
• A solid understanding of IT systems, including Document Management Systems (DMS)
• Familiarity with BPM, UML, and sequence diagrams is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset
• Agile experience (Scrum) is an asset
