Regional Sales Manager

Are you a results-driven technical sales professional with a passion for industrial innovation? Would you like to take a lead role in developing new markets and building long-term partnerships across Northern Europe?


We’re seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Northern Europe to join a highly respected global automation and control technology company. Known for its in-house developed precision products, this company combines decades of engineering excellence with a people-first, innovation-led culture.


You’ll be part of a small and agile European team with strong local autonomy and direct access to senior leadership — where your voice and impact matter.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Drive New Business Development – Develop and nurture customer relationships across Benelux, UK, and Nordics.
  • Solution Selling – Present and sell precision pressure measurement systems, valves, and controllers into high-tech industries including semiconductors, coatings, automotive, and solar.
  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership – From lead generation to closing, supported by experienced technical and R&D teams.
  • Strategic Growth Initiatives – Shape regional market strategies, with the potential to build your own team as the business scales.


What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in technical sales (automation, sensors, process control, or similar industries).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — self-motivated, strategic, and customer-centric.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
  • Experience working with clients in industrial or high-tech environments.
