Independent Sales Rep for High End Department Stores / Beauty Retail / Spas / Luxury Hotels (Benelux)

With a strong presence in the UK and US and growing demand internationally, we’re expanding into the French market—and we’re looking for a driven, connected, and passionate sales professional to lead the charge.


Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Independent Sales Representative to establish and grow Drowsy’s presence in Benelux. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, has strong relationships in high end department stores, beauty retail, spas, and luxury hotels and wants to be part of a fast-growing, purpose-driven brand.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Entry & Development: Identify and open doors to key retail opportunities in Benelux— high-end department stores, spas, hotels, wellness spaces, and online retailers.
  • Sales Execution: Pitch, present, and close wholesale deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with French retail buyers, distributors, and potential partners.
  • Brand Representation: Serve as the face of Drowsy in the French market, embodying our brand values and ensuring premium brand positioning.
  • Feedback & Insights: Act as the eyes and ears on the ground, providing market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to the Drowsy HQ.
  • Localization: Help tailor marketing and sales strategies to resonate with the French consumer and retail landscape.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales within beauty, wellness and lifestyle.
  • Strong network of retail and distribution contacts in Benelux market.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for premium products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of the French retail landscape and consumer behavior.
