The Business Analyst will support our client by contributing to the bank’s Contact Strategy through chatbot solutions, process automation, and fraud prevention. The analyst will lead the business analysis efforts, translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver user-centric, high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and align with the product strategy and priorities set by the Product Owner (PO).
- Build trust with stakeholders and understand business needs while ensuring alignment with customer-centric objectives.
- Organize and facilitate workshops and presentations to collect, validate, and communicate business needs.
- Ensure clear, consistent communication with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Analyze business models using appropriate modeling techniques and methods.
- Translate business needs into clear and structured functional and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with technical colleagues to design solutions that meet business objectives.
- Work with other departements and contributors to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.
- Participate in and prepare for testing activities to ensure solutions align with business needs.
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, impediments, and issues.
- Support the business in adopting new solutions by providing guidance and assistance.
- Ensure a smooth transition to new functionalities through effective change management.
Profile:
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Strong understanding of functional and technical analysis, architecture, and testing.
- Proven experience managing both Business and IT stakeholders.
- Knowledge of chatbots and artificial intelligence.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Understanding of workflow processes.
- Dutch, French, and English with strong written and spoken communication skills.
