Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our client acquisition and relationship management efforts in the realm of digital transformation and AI consulting. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities businesses face in the digital era and will be adept at articulating how our consulting services can address these needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in need of digital transformation and AI consulting services. Develop and implement strategic plans to target and engage these prospects.
• Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Consultative Selling: Engage with C-suite executives and decision-makers to understand their business challenges related to digital transformation. Present tailored consulting solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for ongoing collaboration and upselling of services.
• Collaboration with Consulting Teams: Work closely with our consulting and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. Provide client feedback to inform service development and improvement.
• Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of the latest developments in digital transformation and AI. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars, positioning the firm as a leader in the field.
Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting within the digital transformation, AI, or technology sectors.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital transformation frameworks, AI technologies, and the strategic challenges organizations face in adopting these innovations.
• Communication Skills: advanced verbal and written communication skills in French and English, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Networking Abilities: Proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships with senior executives and industry leaders.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and client satisfaction.
