Account Manager


As our Account Manager, you are ETAP’s ambassador in the Brussels and Walloon Brabant region. You build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, engineering firms, installers, facility managers, and project owners. With your technical insight and commercial drive, you identify needs and deliver customer-oriented lighting solutions - from general to emergency lighting.


You will be active across diverse sectors such as healthcare, office buildings, schools, and sports facilities, positioning ETAP as a trusted partner for sustainable lighting in both new construction and renovation projects. You guide your clients through the full process - from prospecting to delivery and aftercare - and act as a reliable advisor every step of the way. You also play a key role in promoting our Light-as-a- Service (LaaS) model in the region.


Your focus


  • You actively identify new projects and opportunities in your region
  • You analyse the customer’s technical context and offer tailored lighting solutions (including systems and financing)
  • You collaborate closely with internal experts (inside sales, lighting design, mechanical engineering)
  • You manage the full sales cycle: from first contact to delivery and aftercare
  • You strengthen our network of strategic partners and reactivate existing customers


Your profile


You are an energetic relationship builder with a technical mindset and commercial ambition. You enjoy meaningful conversations but are also focused on delivering real solutions. With your natural persuasiveness and customer focus, you easily connect with a wide range of stakeholders.


  • Relevant experience in B2B project sales
  • Technical affinity (construction, electromechanics, lighting...) and eager to learn
  • Strong in networking and building lasting client relationships
  • A collaborative, solution-driven approach
  • Fluent in both French and Dutch
  • Ideally based in the Brussels region


Bonus points for


  • Experience with lighting, electrical systems, construction environments or smart systems
  • Understanding of decision-making processes in large construction or renovation projects
  • Familiarity with facility management or public sector clients
