ServiceNow Sales Leader – Belgium (Permanent Role)


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ServiceNow Sales Leader to join one of our elite ServiceNow partners based in Belgium. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leading role in driving growth and market impact within the ServiceNow ecosystem.


As a senior sales professional, you will be responsible for leading strategic client engagements, expanding market share, and building trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the enterprise landscape.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development and exceed sales targets for ServiceNow solutions across Belgium.
  • Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities across IT, employee, and customer workflows.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, acting as a strategic advisor on digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure value-driven client engagements.
  • Champion ServiceNow's capabilities and stay ahead of the latest platform innovations and trends.


Required Experience & Skills:

  • Proven track record in enterprise B2B sales, ideally within the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow value proposition across various business functions.
  • Ability to influence and build long-term relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Deep network and understanding of the Belgian market.
  • Fluent in Dutch (French is a plus).
  • Passion for continuous learning, with a commitment to staying current on ServiceNow capabilities and market developments.
