🚀 Hiring: SAP BC Technical Expert | Part-Time (80%) | Hybrid | Long-Term Contract

We are looking for an experienced SAP BC Technical Expert to join our team on a part time (80%) contract - 2 year contract - 4 year project! If you have 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration and are eager to work in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you!

📅 Start Date: June 1, 2025 | End Date: May 31, 2027

⏳ Work Schedule: Part-Time (80%)

📞 On-Call Service: ~7 days every two months (approx. 40 days/year)

About the Role

As an SAP BC Technical Expert, you will work independently under the guidance of the SAP Team Lead and SAP Architect, collaborating with a team of 15+ colleagues. Your main responsibilities will include:

✅ SAP System Administration – Managing databases (Sybase, SAP HANA, etc.), ensuring optimal system performance, and handling backups.

✅ Installations & Upgrades – Performing system installations, upgrades, migrations, and copies.

✅ Technical Reviews – Conducting and documenting technical assessments of implemented solutions.

✅ Troubleshooting & Monitoring – Identifying and resolving complex issues within SAP landscapes.

✅ Best Practices & Recommendations – Providing strategic insights to enhance system stability and efficiency.

Must-Have Skills & Experience (Mandatory)

✔ 10+ years of experience in SAP Basis (BC) administration.

✔ Strong expertise in databases (Sybase, SAP HANA, etc.).

✔ Deep knowledge of operating systems (Unix/AIX/Linux, Windows).

✔ Experience in SAP installations, upgrades, migrations, backups, and system sizing.

✔ Solid understanding of SAP architecture (Fiori, ERP, SAP BO, SOLMAN, GRC, EWM, BW, PI, S4/HANA).

✔ Security best practices within SAP environments.

✔ Proven experience in troubleshooting and monitoring SAP landscapes.
