What Will You Do?

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent roles, from client acquisition to candidate placement.
  • Specialise in Senior Hires: Focus on key roles within the digital transformation, ERP, and SaaS sectors.
  • Business Development: Identify and nurture new client opportunities while maintaining existing relationships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Candidate Engagement: Source, interview, and present high-caliber candidates, ensuring a quality match for both parties.
  • Market Insight: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and talent needs to provide valuable insights to clients.
