Business Analyst

Our client is actively seeking a Business Analyst to join the company permanently due to major growth in 2024 & 2025.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analyses of existing or new operational processes in close collaboration with operational and IT departments.
• Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation for all analyses and projects.
• Provide ongoing support and problem-solving for operational processes and systems.
• Actively engage in workshops, meetings, and presentations with teams across the organization.
• Collect necessary information to prepare business cases.
• Work closely with Group Operations Innovation, super users in operational departments across various countries within the company and IT department.
• Communicate and collaborate with suppliers and customers.

What we expect from you

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the logistics or maritime industry, or in a comparable role.
• Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English is required
• Previous experience in the maritime industry or with clients in related sectors is a plus.

Salary:

• €60,000-€76,500 (depending on experience)
