We are looking for an IT Technical Support Consultant to provide level 1 and 2 support for end-user ICT assets, equipment deployment, and inventory management. The role includes troubleshooting technical issues, staging devices, and maintaining service documentation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level support for end-user devices and ICT assets.
- Stage and configure devices using Microsoft Configuration Manager.
- Manage inventory and track device status.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with implemented technologies.
Requirements:
- Higher vocational training in a relevant field (or secondary education with 4 years’ experience).
- Proficient in Microsoft Configuration Manager and Windows operating systems.
- Good knowledge of IT hardware and networks.
- ITIL and Microsoft certifications are a plus.
