Flyx is a growing IT company that specializes in developing SAAS (Software as a Service) products for the Retail sector. We help our clients digitalising their services through our loyalty engine and our digital order solutions.. As a scale-up company, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong technical and business acumen, along with functional analyst expertise, to join our dynamic team and ensure successful project delivery.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Project Manager with technical expertise and functional analysis experience to oversee and deliver our SaaS development projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent software development projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and create detailed project plans.
• Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business objectives.

2. Technical and Functional Analysis:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.

• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for the development team.

• Collaborate with technical teams to design and validate solutions that align with business goals.

3. Team Management:

• Build and lead cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure they are on track to meet project milestones.
• Support development teams by clarifying requirements and resolving functional and technical issues.

4. Project Monitoring and Control:

• Monitor project progress, track key performance metrics, and identify and mitigate risks.
• Implement agile project management methodologies to ensure adaptability and efficiency.
• Ensure projects comply with quality standards and implement and enforce best practices for testing

5. Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Provide timely updates on project status, milestones, risks, and any changes in scope

6. Resource Management:

• Manage project resources, including budgets, timelines, and personnel allocation.
• Optimize resource utilization to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT or SaaS product development with functional analyst expertise.
• Strong technical understanding of software development methodologies and practices.
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions and working closely with development teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English (French is a plus).
