We’re scaling fast across Europe with active operations in cities like Prague, Vienna, Budapest, Warsaw, Krakow, and Riga—and new markets launching soon.
The Role
We’re looking for a driven and creative Marketing & Sales Intern to support our growth across Europe. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Marketing Managers to drive tenant leads, boost brand visibility, and fill Fuse’s rooms with the right people.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn what it takes to build a brand, run campaigns, close deals, and grow a company across multiple countries—all in one internship.
What You’ll Do
Marketing
• Assist in managing social media channels, including content planning, posting, and engagement.
• Support in creating visuals, and email campaigns that reflect our brand tone and help drive conversions.
• Help set up and monitor digital ad campaigns, working closely with our Marketing Manager.
• Track key marketing KPIs and suggest improvements for reach and engagement.
Sales
• Respond to inbound leads, and support the sales team in converting prospects into tenants.
• Assist with outreach to universities, student organizations, and relocation partners to create pipelines.
• Keep our CRM (HubSpot) updated and support in managing leads and improving our sales funnel.
• Contribute ideas to enhance our sales and marketing strategy on a city level.
Who You Are
• A student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, business, real estate, or a related field.
• A creative thinker who loves social media and knows how to create engaging content.
• Proactive attitude—you’re comfortable messaging leads and reaching out to partners.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); other European languages are a bonus.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or HubSpot is a big plus.
