We’re an ambitious scale-up with big plans: expand to 10 European countries by the end of 2025, and launch in the U.S. soon after. With strong momentum and a rapidly growing customer base, we're building a smarter way for businesses to trade heavy vehicles, and we’re looking for driven people to help us scale.


What You’ll Do

As our Field Sales Representative for BeNeLux, you’ll be the face of Fleequid on the ground, the first point of contact for potential clients and a key driver of our commercial success in the region. You’ll report directly to the Regional Area Manager and collaborate closely with the Head of Sales, Sales Ops, and Marketing teams.


Your mission? Acquire new clients, grow revenue, and establish Fleequid as the go-to solution for used industrial vehicle sales. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and the chance to make a tangible impact as we scale across Europe.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and qualify leads in your region through prospecting, referrals, and local knowledge.
  • Meet with clients weekly to understand their needs and present tailored Fleequid solutions.
  • Negotiate deals directly with clients, managing terms, timelines and feedback.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers in the industry.
  • Collaborate on improving sales processes, helping us scale faster and smarter.
  • Provide field insights on market trends and competition to help refine our sales strategy.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Field Sales representative (B2B preferred)
  • Independent and organized, able to manage your own pipeline and priorities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Results-driven mindset
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Experience with CRM tools is a bonus.
