To support our growth, we are looking for a Sales Representative / Business Developer to expand our client base, build lasting relationships, and close deals with companies in need of IT consultants.

What You'll Do

New Business Development

• Proactively identify and reach out to mid-sized companies and enterprises that need IT freelancers.

Account Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term success.

Consultative Sales

• Understand clients' recruitment challenges, position GODIT as the best solution, and offer tailored support.

Negotiation & Closing

• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.

Market Insights

• Stay up to date with the latest market trends and client needs to refine our approach and maintain a competitive edge.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless process when delivering top candidates.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in recruitment, HR, or IT staffing).
• A hunter mentality: You thrive on building relationships and closing deals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to sell value, not just services.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of IT or a strong willingness to learn.
