Join Us as a Hostess for an exciting event in Brussels!

We are looking for 2 hostesses to represent DG NEAR in Brussels. If you’re outgoing, proactive, and enjoy assisting guests, we’d love to hear from you!

Location: Le Berlaymont, Bruxelles

Date: Wednesday, May 7, 2025

Pay: €24/hour + €18 food allowance

Schedule: 07:30 - 18:30 (11h)

Responsibilities:

• Greet and register attendees
• Provide information and directions
• Assist during sessions and with logistics
• Support speakers and event staff
• Represent the event and maintain a professional image

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, French & Arabic
• Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
• Energetic and willing to assist where needed
• Able to invoice as a freelancer or company, or willing to work with an umbrella company
