Golden Palace, the market leader in Belgium with over 45 gaming halls and a key player in the entertainment industry, is looking for an intern to join its Talent Development and Training team!

👉 Your mission:

Under the supervision of the Talent & Development Lead, you will have the opportunity to actively participate in:

• Managing training projects
• Developing skills within our organization
• This internship is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in training management while contributing to strategic projects.

🔧 Your responsibilities:

• Administrative management of training programs: archiving, tracking, updating organizational charts, etc.
• Supporting training management: analyzing needs, organizing sessions, sourcing external trainers
• Creating training content: developing modules and uploading them to our MobieTrain platform
• Supporting evaluation follow-up: assisting with skills updates and learner feedback tracking

💡 Your profile:

• Student in Human Resources, Training Management, Pedagogy, Psychology, Communication, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn new teaching methods
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with LMS platforms is a plus
