To achieve this, we are seeking a passionate and driven Sales advisor to grow our Camerich network, open new doors, and amplify brand awareness among industry professionals and key clients.
Your Role
As the Sales Associate, you will support the expansion of Camerich sales activities across Belux. You will help the business development and customer experience leaders in identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with architects, interior designers, commercial and residential project developers, multi-brand furniture stores, and lifestyle retailers. You will work independently as a self-starter to hunt for new collaborations and sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
· Prospecting & Network Expansion: Actively identify and engage new B2B and B2C customers within the furniture and lifestyle sectors across Belux.
· Drive Sales: Develop and execute plans and activities to achieve ambitious sales goals, regularly reporting progress to management.
· Relationship Building: Grow and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and retail partners, positioning Camerich as their go-to brand.
· Network Growth: Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and devise strategies to penetrate new customer relationships and partnerships.
· Follow-ups & Agreements: Prepare, negotiate, and manage offers and commercial agreements with precision and professionalism.
Your Profile We’re looking for a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and has a inborn drive and passion for sales and business development:
· Industry Experience: Previous experience in the furniture, lifestyle, or wholesale industries is desired, but not mandatory.
· Persuasive Communicator: Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
· Entrepreneurial Spirit: A results-driven professional with a proactive, self-starter, independent, hunter attitude.
· Flexibility & Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across Belux.
